YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced In-House Counsel to support a legal AI training and evaluation project. You will review contracts, perform redlining, and participate in simulated negotiations to improve AI-generated legal analysis.

This remote contractor role requires 3+ years in technology transactions, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to translate complex legal issues into actionable feedback for AI systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of in-house experience focused on technology transactions.
• Strong experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, and derivatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
• Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform contract drafting, review, redlining, and simulated negotiations.
• Evaluate AI responses to contract-related scenarios.
• Develop objective evaluation criteria for AI performance.
