Job summary

Relativity seeks a Senior Counsel, AI & Legal Technology to advise on AI, product development and legal technology. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will shape policy, terms, and risk management for innovative products.

You will monitor AI regulations, craft internal guidelines, negotiate with vendors, and provide strategic counsel to engineering, product, and marketing teams in a fast-moving tech environment.

Qualifications

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to research and analyze legal issues.
• Experience with AI, data and technology issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to legal advisor for AI, product development, and marketing.
• Provide strategic legal counsel on commercial and operational issues.
• Review AI-specific terms in customer and vendor agreements.
• Develop internal policies and negotiate with vendors and partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable growth and manage risk.
• Explain complex legal concepts to non-lawyers and influence stakeholders.
