Job summary

Relativity seeks a Senior Counsel, AI & Legal Technology to serve as a senior legal advisor supporting AI, product development, and legal technology. You will partner with cross-functional teams and advise on AI regulatory matters and vendor agreements.

You’ll draft policies, negotiate with vendors, and guide product launches while navigating the evolving AI landscape and data privacy concerns. This role reports to the General Counsel and supports strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
“Active bar membership in good standing.”
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with AI regulatory landscape and technology transactions.
Knowledge of marketing and technology laws is a plus.
Familiarity with AI-enabled products and legal tech tools.

Responsibilities

Serve as the lead legal advisor for AI, product development, marketing and legal technology.
Provide creative, strategic legal counsel on commercial and operational issues.
Negotiate terms with vendors, partners and customers while ensuring compliance.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Partner and Strategy teams across the company.
Develop and refine internal policies and contract language to scale processes.
