Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior DT COTS Integration Analyst to develop, maintain, and support business applications across Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain. You will coordinate with security/compliance teams, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely software deployments in a mixed Windows/Linux environment.

The role requires a university degree (or equivalent) with at least 2 years of relevant experience; an advanced degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience.
• An Advanced Degree in a related field Experience in Linux and Windows server management.

Responsibilities

• IT Application and Systems Administration in a mixed Microsoft Windows and Linux environment for Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain COTS Software.
• Compliance and Security: Vet software to ensure compliance with Raytheon's cybersecurity standards and legal policies, coordinating with cybersecurity teams for audits.
• Vendor and Contract Management: Manage software purchases, licensing, software renewals, and handle vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and service level agreements. Ensure the protection and confidentiality of proprietary Raytheon information.
• Documentation and Monitoring: Develop and maintain documentation of deployed software and the environment. Monitor software performance and usage, identifying opportunities for optimization and cost savings.
• Implementation and Upgrades: Execute software implementation and upgrades, ensuring timely completion with minimal disruption to operations.
• 24x7 Operations: Ensure systems are operational 24x7, occasionally requiring work beyond standard hours.
