NiSource Inc. is seeking a Team Lead Project Cost Analyst in Columbus, OH to supervise Cost Analysts and ensure compliance with SOX controls. You will lead multi-department reallocations, deliver capital variance reporting to executives, and oversee CIAC processing for reimbursable projects.

Responsibilities include driving cost forecasting, budgeting, and integration of project management standards, while managing stakeholders and ensuring timely corrective actions as needed.

Formación

• Experience in data manipulation, integration and report generation.
• 4 years financial / cost management experience.
• Experience developing/reviewing project estimates; building project budgets, reading, analyzing project schedules.
• Integrated knowledge in scope-schedule-cost, risk-quality management.
• Proven ability to lead and influence project stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise Cost Analysts in cost analysis duties and SOX control compliance.
• Oversee monthly multi-department reallocation exercises and provide status reports.
• Provide capital variance reporting and explanations to Executives.
• Supervise processing of CIACs and tracking of reimbursable projects.
• Apply integrated project management proficiency across scope, cost and schedule.
