Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager and/or Quantity Surveyor to support a portfolio of workplace, commercial, and capital improvement projects across North America. The role covers budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, change management, and financial reporting through the project lifecycle.

The successful candidate will work with project teams, clients, and external cost consultants to ensure accurate cost management and delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in construction cost management or quantity surveying.
• Experience with budgets, forecasts, cost reporting, and financial controls across multiple projects.
• Experience leading cost management services on medium to large-scale construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Estimating and negotiating change orders throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Produce and present final cost plans and cost planning.
• Review design team and contractor cost estimates for accuracy.
• Coordinate cost information for discussions and decision-making.
• Prepare cost reporting and executive summaries for stakeholders.
• Lead cost management across multiple concurrent projects.
