Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join our team and deliver comprehensive cost management services on complex construction projects. This role supports planning, procurement, delivery, and closeout of major capital programs with robust cost control and commercial governance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction.
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant cost management experience in construction.
• RICS accreditation or working towards it is preferred.
• Experience leading cost management on medium to large projects of medium to high complexity.
• Construction consultancy experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and negotiate change orders throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Provide cost planning and final cost plan presentations.
• Review cost estimates with design teams and general contractor.
• Coordinate cost information from consultants, subs, and suppliers.
• Prepare cost updates, summaries and executive commentary.
