Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager and/or Quantity Surveyor to act as a primary client interface, delivering value-added cost management services for a major pharmaceutical expansion program in Wilson, North Carolina.

The successful candidate will lead cost management across design to closeout, mentor team members, and ensure cost data integrity while aligning with project objectives and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a construction-related field.
• 5–7 years of cost management experience in construction.
• RICS accreditation preferred or in progress.
• Experience leading cost management on medium to large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and negotiate change orders through the construction lifecycle.
• Provide cost planning and final cost estimates.
• Review estimates with design services teams and general contractor.
• Maintain cost data accuracy and communicate updates.
• Lead cost variance management and change control processes.
• Coordinate cost information from suppliers, subs, and AE data.
