Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager/Quantity Surveyor to support complex Life Sciences construction projects. You will act as the main client interface, ensuring objectives are met through value-added cost management across manufacturing, lab, and R&D facilities.

The role requires strong communication and stakeholder management, with the ability to lead and mentor teams while aligning with Turner & Townsend’s purpose and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and negotiate change orders throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Provide cost planning and final cost plan presentations.
• Lead cost management on Life Sciences projects and coordinate with design teams.
