Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to support a large-scale hyperscale data center program near St. Louis, MO. You will lead cost planning, procurement strategy, change management, and commercial governance across multi-phase workstreams.

The candidate should have strong client-facing skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work both independently and within a high-performing team. On-site presence 3x per week is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–7 years of cost management / project controls experience on medium-to-large projects.
• Experience leading cost deliverables on data center or mission-critical projects preferred.
• Consultancy background with procurement, contracts, change and risk knowledge.
• Strong client-facing communication and negotiation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day client interface; ensure cost management objectives are met.
• Lead cost delivery for design phases and coordinate with designers, GC/CM, and trades.
• Prepare and present updates, executive summaries and recommendations.
