Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to serve as the key client interface on a large-scale mission-critical data center construction program in the United States. You will deliver comprehensive cost management across the project lifecycle, guiding commercial decisions and maintaining cost certainty from planning through construction and closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–7 years of cost management experience in construction.
• Experience on medium to large-scale complex projects, including mission-critical facilities.
• On-site presence may be required.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and negotiate changes throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Provide cost planning and final cost plans.
• Review estimates with design teams and contractors.
• Prepare cost updates and commercial commentary.
• Maintain contingency tracking and cost forecasts.
• Support post-contract cost management and closeout.
