Job summary

You will lead cost planning, prepare cost estimates and final accounts, supervise cost checks, and coordinate with designers, contractors, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• RICS accreditation or working toward it is advantageous.
• 5-7 years of cost management experience in construction.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and negotiate change orders through construction lifecycle.
• Prepare final cost plans and cost updates.
• Review cost estimates with design teams and contractors.
• Conduct cost checks and valuations on large projects.
• Produce monthly cost reports for client presentation.
