Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager and/or Quantity Surveyor to lead cost control for a large hyperscale data center campus and other mission-critical projects in the United States.

The role requires 5–7 years of cost management experience in construction, strong client-facing leadership, and onsite work within commuting distance of project locations, with opportunities for relocation.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in cost management within construction.
• Experience leading client-facing teams is preferred.
• Experience with hyperscale data centers is a plus.
