Job summary

Turner & Townsend Heery is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager and/or Quantity Surveyor to act as the key client interface, ensuring delivery of a value-added cost management service throughout the construction lifecycle in Texas.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, 5–7 years of cost management experience, bilingual English/Spanish, and proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction/related field.
• 5–7 years of cost management experience in construction.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and negotiate change orders throughout construction lifecycles.
• Provide cost planning and final cost plans.
• Review estimates with design teams and general contractors.
• Coordinate cost information from subconsultants and design firms.
• Prepare cost reports and support post‑contract cost variances.

Skills
