Job summary

Keel Infrastructure is seeking a Senior Cost Manager in New York to develop and own a centralized cost control function across data center projects. You will build estimating methodologies, standards, and tooling, and oversee budgets from concept through close-out.

You will lead cost model development, benchmarking, and governance of change orders, while collaborating with development, scheduling, procurement, and finance teams. This role requires hands-on delivery on multi-site projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cost management or project controls experience on large capital construction programs.
• Experience building or rebuilding a centralized cost control function.

Responsibilities

• Establish and own the centralized cost control function for Keel Infrastructure, defining its scope and interface with other functions.
• Own the cost plan of record for every project, maintaining budgets centrally.
• Build the cost management toolset and environment for aggregated reporting from commitment to portfolio level.
• Develop concept, order-of-magnitude, and feasibility estimates with benchmark-backed bases of estimate.
• Own the project budget and cost report through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and final account.
