Job summary

Keel Infrastructure, a publicly traded energy and digital infrastructure company, is seeking a Senior Cost Manager to build centralized cost control for data center projects in North America. You’ll own the cost plan of record across the portfolio and stand up the estimating methodology and tooling from the ground up.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cost management, quantity surveying, or project controls on large capital construction programs with hands-on delivery.
• Direct experience building or rebuilding a centralized cost control function with processes, standards, tooling and data.
• Proven experience developing concept and preconstruction estimates informing capital decisions.

Responsibilities

• Establish and own the centralized cost control function for Keel Infrastructure, defining its scope, service model, and interfaces with development, project management, scheduling, procurement, and finance.
• Own the project budget and cost report through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and final account, ensuring continuity from concept baselines.
• Review contractor cost reports, pay apps, schedules of values, and invoices; ensure alignment with earned value and progress.
• Lead change control end-to-end, price and challenge change orders, negotiate settlements, and defend owner positions with data.
• Produce portfolio-level cost dashboards, variance analyses, and narrative reporting for leadership.
