Job summary

Stratolaunch is seeking a Staff Cost Account Manager (CAM) with 10+ years of experience to plan, manage, and control cost, schedule, and earned value across complex aerospace programs.

The CAM will partner with Program Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure accurate forecasting, proactive risk identification, and consistent execution of cost-control strategies in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of cost control, EVMS, FP&A, or program controls in aerospace/defense.
• Experience managing budgets above $30M annually.
• Strong EVMS, WBS development, baseline planning, and variance analysis.
• Ability to translate technical scope into accurate cost plans.

Responsibilities

• Own cost responsibility for assigned control accounts and align cost, schedule, and scope.
• Lead EVMS processes, ETC revisions, and monthly cost reporting.
• Develop CAPs, map WBS, baseline plans, and resource allocation.
• Mentor junior cost analysts and support reviews with customers and contracts.
• Support long-range financial planning and quarterly reforecasts.
