Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of cost control, EVMS, and program controls experience in aerospace/high-technology.
• Strong EVMS, WBS development, baseline planning, and variance analysis skills.
• Experience supporting matrixed engineering, supply chain, and program management teams.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary cost owner for assigned control accounts across programs.
• Mentor cost analysts and CAMs on EVMS, forecasting, and financial discipline.
• Represent cost function during internal reviews, business rhythms, and customer engagements.
• Develop and manage CAPs with WBS mapping, baselines, and resource allocation.
• Lead earned value management: ETC revisions, variance analysis, monthly reporting.
• Monitor actual costs, commitments, and accruals; align with objectives.
• Drive integrated cost/schedule planning with program schedulers.
• Identify cost trends and develop mitigation or recovery plans.
• Produce cost performance reports and participate in long-range financial planning.
• Support cost reviews, contract audits, and revenue forecasting.
