Job summary

Stratolaunch is seeking a Principal Cost Account Manager (CAM) with 15+ years of experience to lead cost governance for major development and test campaigns at Mojave. You will partner with Program Management, Engineering, and Operations to ensure disciplined cost performance across multi‑year programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in program controls, cost management, or EVMS in aerospace.
• Experience managing cost performance for programs >$50M–$100M annually.
• Expert knowledge of EVMS, government reporting, baseline planning, and performance management.
• Proven ability to influence technical decisions with financial insight.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior cost authority for major program segments.
• Provide executive‑level financial guidance to Program Directors and senior leadership.
• Lead development of long‑term cost roadmaps and annual budgets.
• Own cost, schedule, and EVMS performance for highly complex development, integration, and flight‑test scope.
• Oversee EVMS tools, cost modeling systems, and reporting infrastructure improvements.
• Mentor cost analysts, junior CAMs, and cross‑functional teammates on EVMS and forecasting.
