Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field; 10+ years in related industry preferred.
• CCP/CEP/CPE certification from AACE or similar required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cost recording, reporting, and analysis standards.
• Prepare cost data for projects, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Assist with scope change management and data coordination.
• Define scope requirements with Engineering and other teams.
• Develop quantities and unit rates; verify data accuracy.
• Prepare budgets and coordinate cost reports; analyze data.
