Responsibilities

• Prepares complete cost estimates for competitive bids.
• Supports vendor/subcontractor pricing/bid solicitation.
• Maintains an audit trail of the quantity survey.

Skills

Communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office

Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications

Proficiency in construction estimating software

Knowledge of Lean process

Ability to build relationships and collaborate within a team

Education

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field
