Job summary

JE Dunn is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Tempe to lead highly complex construction initiatives with full responsibility for project outcomes. You will drive safety, preconstruction, budgeting, and procurement while coordinating with owners, designers and subcontractors.

You will manage schedule development, risk analysis and change control, ensuring alignment with JE Dunn’s strategy and values. Experience in CMiC, BIM and Lean methods is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of construction management experience.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and training and mentors staff.
• Manages preconstruction activities including takeoffs, scope development and bid packages.
• Leads buyout scheduling, subcontractor pricing, and scope review.
• Reviews submittals and shop drawings; coordinates with architects/engineers.
• Develops project schedules and manages resources to meet deadlines.
• Provides regular status and profitability reporting to the team.
