Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 10 years construction management experience.

• Oversee preconstruction estimates and GMP development.
• Manage project budgets, schedules and procurement.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, and subcontractors.
• Prepare change orders and closeout activities.
• Provide regular reporting on project status and profitability.
