Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of cost engineering experience focused on data center construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with knowledge of financial forecasting and cost accounting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project budgets including labor, materials, equipment and services.
• Perform cost analysis and forecasting to ensure projects stay within budget.
• Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present detailed cost reports to project managers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project teams, procurement and contract management for cost control.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings in design and execution.
