Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to lead cost management on large-scale data center construction projects. You will manage cost planning, estimating, change management, commercial negotiations and provide value-driven cost control across the full project lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction.
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in cost management in construction.
• RICS accreditation preferred or working towards it.
• Experience leading cost management on medium to large, high-complexity projects.
• Construction consultancy experience strongly preferred.
• Good knowledge of procurement routes, value management and value engineering.

• Estimating and negotiating change orders throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Provide estimate and cost planning, including presenting the final cost plan.
• Review with design services team and general contractor in developing cost estimates.
• Reconcile changes and assist the general contractor in ensuring data accuracy.
• Coordinate cost information sources for discussions and suppliers.
• Inform and drive engineering priorities based on cost impact.
• Lead cost checks and valuations on larger projects with timely, accurate reporting.
• Manage post-contract cost variances and change control processes.
