Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Cost Controller to manage cost control for medium-to-large projects, including budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analyses. The role covers data extraction, reporting, and ensuring accuracy with SOX controls where applicable.

Responsibilities include developing WBS, reviewing invoices against forecasts, and supporting schedule development. On-site presence may be required, with diverse life sciences projects in scope.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant cost management experience in construction.
• Experience supporting cost management on medium or large construction projects.
• Construction consultancy experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of procurement routes, value management and value engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Implement, administer and maintain cost control systems for projects of medium complexity and value.
• Assist in preparation and review of cost estimates and forecasts.
• Provide cost information to support decision making and alternative selection.
• Develop budgets, cash flow and cost reports; maintain SOX controls where applicable.
• Manage data extraction, transformation and reconciliation for audit trails.
• Support development and validation of project schedules and change logs.
