Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Cost Controller to manage cost control systems, budgets and forecasts for medium to large construction projects. The role involves developing cost reports, evaluating bids, and supporting decision-making with forecasting and cash flow analysis.

Duties include maintaining schedules, building data-driven tools, and ensuring SOX/compliance where applicable. On-site presence is expected depending on client needs and project requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in cost management within the construction industry.
• Experience supporting cost management on medium to large construction projects.
• Construction consultancy experience is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of procurement routes, value management and value engineering.

Aufgaben

• Implement, administer and maintain cost control system and procedures for budgets, commitments, expenditures and forecasts on projects.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing cost estimates.
• Provide cost information to support decisions and alternatives.
• Evaluate fee proposals/bids and provide recommendations for decision making.
• Provide forecasts and cash flow analysis; maintain cost reports and updates on financial position.
• Assist in development, validation and maintenance of project schedules.
• Develop reporting tools and generate cost reports, including earned value analysis.
• Build complex spreadsheets for data manipulation of large datasets.
