Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant cost management experience in construction.
• Strong knowledge of cost control, budgets, forecasts and reporting.
• Experience with project controls software and PMIS is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Implement, administer and maintain cost control system and procedures to track budgets, commitments, expenditures and forecasts for medium complexity projects.
• Assist in preparation and review of cost estimates and provide cash flow analysis.
• Produce cost reports and forecast updates; support schedule development and earned value evaluation.
• Reconcile data and maintain audit trail; support SOX controls where applicable.
