The consultant will support project schedules and professional development while upholding company mission and values. Responsibilities include developing budgets, cost data for proposals, scope change management, and preparing cost reports.

Qualifications

• US citizenship is required.
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Certified Cost Professional (CCP-AACE, CEP-AACE, or CPE-ASPE) or equivalent certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of capital and services cost, scope change management, and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cost recording, reporting, and analysis standards and reports.
• Prepare cost data for projects, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Coordinate scope changes and ensure data aligns with the estimate plan.
• Develop quantity takeoffs and apply unit rates for disciplines.
• Prepare budgets and cost reports; analyze data for project decisions.
• Support project managers and senior staff to maintain schedules and goals.
