Job summary

CFS in Orlando, FL is seeking a Senior Cost Analyst to own project setup, billing, and cost tracking using Deltek Costpoint. The role focuses on CPFF, T&M, and FFP contracts with direct collaboration across Project Managers, Contracts, Operations, and Finance teams.

Responsibilities include preparing and submitting government invoices via WAWF/PIEE, supporting DCAA incurred cost submissions, and ensuring accuracy of funding ceilings and project structures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of government contracting experience in project accounting, cost analysis, project billing, or contract administration.
• Strong Excel skills and knowledge of FAR, DFARS, DCAA requirements, contract funding, and labor cost allocation.
• Experience using Deltek Costpoint for project setup and billing.
• WAWF/PIEE invoicing experience for government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage project setup, maintenance, billing configurations, and WBS structures within Deltek Costpoint.
• Analyze project costs, funding levels, billing variances, and unbilled receivables to ensure financial accuracy.
• Review contract modifications and maintain funding ceilings, periods of performance, and project structures.
• Prepare and submit government invoices through WAWF/PIEE and resolve billing or funding discrepancies.
• Support DCAA Incurred Cost Submissions, indirect rate analysis, and project financial reporting.
