Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a project accounting professional to support the Controllership function. You will read government contracts and accurately set up projects in Deltek Costpoint, using ServiceNow to manage requests and ensure compliance with contract terms.

You will supervise a team of project setup analysts, provide training, review actions, and report metrics to Controllership leadership. Strong collaboration with project managers is essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience reading and interpreting government contracts (FFP, T&M, and Cost Type).
• 1-2 years of Deltek Costpoint, providing project setup/accounting support in a U.S. Federal government contractor environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret contracts and set up projects in Costpoint based on Costpoint and AFS business requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to finalize key contract terms for project setup.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of project setup analysts, train on processes, review actions, and track performance metrics.
