Key Responsibilities For The Senior Cost Analyst
- Manage project setup, maintenance, billing configurations, and WBS structures within Deltek Costpoint
- Analyze project costs, funding levels, billing variances, and unbilled receivables to ensure financial accuracy
- Review contract modifications and maintain funding ceilings, periods of performance, and project structures
- Prepare and submit government invoices through WAWF/PIEE and resolve billing or funding discrepancies
- Support DCAA Incurred Cost Submissions, indirect rate analysis, and project financial reporting
Qualifications For The Senior Cost Analyst
- 5+ years of government contracting experience in project accounting, cost analysis, project billing, or contract administration
- Hands-on Deltek Costpoint experience, particularly within Project Setup and Billing modules
- Experience supporting CPFF, T&M, and FFP contracts, including WAWF/PIEE invoicing
- Strong Excel skills and knowledge of FAR, DFARS, DCAA requirements, contract funding, and labor cost allocation
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
