Adecco is seeking a Senior Cost Accountant to lead cost accounting across multiple aerospace manufacturing sites in the Gardena, CA area. You will manage ERP-based cost systems, banking on your expertise to improve reporting and cost control.

The role requires 7–10 years in cost accounting within high-mix, low-volume environments, and familiarity with government contract types (FFP, Cost-Plus). Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for executive-facing proposals and audits.

Competenze

• 7–10 years cost accounting experience in aerospace or high-mix, low-volume manufacturing.
• Hands-on role across multiple entities or facilities.
• Experience with FFP and Cost-Plus contracts and government cost compliance.

Mansioni

• Lead cost accounting activities across multiple small manufacturing businesses.
• Maintain and improve ERP-based cost systems, procedures, and reporting.
• Oversee inventory management including audits, cycle counts, and variance analysis.
• Analyze labor, material, and overhead costs to support pricing, quoting, and margin improvement.
• Prepare and present cost proposals, burden rates, and monthly financial reports to leadership.
• Act as a true business partner to the VP of Finance - offering tactical support and strategic insight.
• Ensure compliance with CAS, FAR, and DFARS for government contracts.
• Support government and financial audits across sites.
