Leoforce in Stockton, CA is seeking a Senior Cost Accountant to own cost accounting for our aerospace manufacturing operations, delivering cost, inventory, and profitability analyses to support program and executive decisions. You will prepare, analyze, and report standard vs actual costs, identify variances, and drive improvement opportunities across manufacturing costs and overhead.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
• Cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment; POC and government accounting exposure.
• Strong cost accounting principles with ERP experience; Visibility a plus; advanced Excel required.
• Senior individual-contributor level with ability to own cost accounting processes.

Responsabilidades

• Own cost accounting for a manufacturer of flight hardware and precision aerospace structures.
• Prepare, analyze, and report standard vs. actual costs; identify variances and improvement opportunities.
• Analyze inventory valuation and costing methods; partner with supply chain and operations on inventory control.
• Support annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans with cost-trend insights.
• Own month-end close entries for cost accounting—COGS reconciliation, inventory valuation, variances.
• Develop and execute cost control and reduction initiatives; support audits with records and analysis.
