Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and 6+ years of cost/accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 6+ years of accounting experience, preferably in cost accounting or manufacturing environments.
• Experience in cost accounting or manufacturing environments is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and update planned costs, labor and overhead rates, and cost models.
• Perform inventory and WIP reconciliations, cost roll-ups, and margin analysis.
• Analyze manufacturing variances including material usage, labor efficiency, overhead absorption, and scrap.
• Partner with Operations to investigate cost drivers and develop actionable performance insights.
• Support cost estimates, pricing, and program cost review.
