Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Salt Lake City seeks a Lead Cost Account Manager to oversee cost, schedule, and performance for large-scale programs within Spectrum Superiority. The role focuses on CAP management, EAC development, and EVMS reporting across multiple disciplines and locations.

The CAM will partner with Program Management, Finance, Scheduling, and engineering teams to ensure accurate planning, baseline control, and proactive risk mitigation, while maintaining compliance with EVMS

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of related experience; or Graduate Degree with at least 4 years.
Experience with EVMS, cost performance analysis, EACs, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Experience with cross-functional programs and government contracting environments.

Responsibilities

Manage cost, schedule, and performance for assigned control accounts across programs ($50M-$750M).
Develop and maintain CAPs, budgets, EACs, and forecast data aligned to objectives.
Coordinate with PM, Finance, Scheduling, and IPT Leads to ensure baseline management and execution.
Lead monthly EVMS reporting, variance analysis, and Contract Performance Reports.
Monitor labor, material, subcontract, and direct cost performance and adjust as needed.
