Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Salt Lake City is seeking a Lead Cost Account Manager to oversee cost, schedule, and performance for one or more programs. You’ll develop CAPs, budgets, EACs, and forecasts, coordinating with PMs, Finance, Scheduling, and IPT leads to ensure baselines and execution align with objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 9+ years of related experience
• Graduate Degree with 7+ years of related experience; in lieu of a degree, 13+ years experience
• Active DoD clearance or ability to obtain clearance preferred
• Experience with EVMS, EACs, forecasting, and variance analysis

Responsibilities

• Manage cost, schedule, and performance for control accounts across programs
• Develop CAPs, budgets, EACs, and forecast data aligned with objectives
• Lead EVMS reporting including variance analysis and Contract Performance Reports
• Identify variances, causes, and corrective actions to improve execution
• Communicate program status clearly to leadership and cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with PM, Finance, Scheduling, and engineering IPT Leads
