Job summary

Cogent Analytics seeks an experienced Corrosion Manager to lead our Corrosion/Cathodic Protection division. This senior role oversees operations, technical delivery, and financial performance across multiple states, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate brings deep CP expertise, proven leadership of field teams, and a track record of growing service-based income while maintaining high customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing field operations and personnel
• Deep knowledge of corrosion testing and CP systems
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Corrosion/CP division across multiple states
• Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, field execution, and efficiency
• Develop and implement standardized operating procedures and best practices
• Ensure projects and inspections are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
• Monitor field productivity, quality control, and service performance metrics
• Maintain company-issued equipment, tools, and service vehicles
