Responsabilités

• Direct correctional staff to meet performance objectives and prioritize peak activities.
• Oversee daily facility operations and conduct rounds.
• Report misconduct by staff or inmates to the Captain.
• Assess crises and direct workforce response accordingly.
• Supervise key control, security devices, weapons disbursement, and radio control.
• Authorize use of force and inmate restraints when appropriate.
• Manage temporary inmate classifications and cell placements.
• Monitor staff leave times and maintain professional external relations.
• Treat inmates with non-discrimination and uphold PREA standards.
