Responsibilities include meal planning, inventory control, sanitation, staff evaluations, and budget-conscious operations within a correctional facility environment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED and 3 years in institutional food preparation/food service management.
• Equivalent experience may substitute education.
• Experience supervising employees or offender workers is preferred.
