Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee offenders performing large-scale food activities.
• Supervise preparation and service of regular and therapeutic diets.
• Plan and direct daily food preparation and serving for offenders.
• Maintain sanitation requirements and daily recordkeeping.
• Use computerized food and nutrition systems to prepare meals.
• Conduct employee performance appraisals.
