• Master’s degree may substitute for one year of required experience.

Responsabilités

• Uses interview techniques and assessments to determine risks and programmatic needs; prepares case history reports and recommends assignments.
• Reviews offender records to determine progress or change in assignments or classification; serves on the classification unit.
• Advises offenders on personal problems, employment resources, and educational needs; aids in institutional adjustment.
• Delivers programs to support re-entry after incarceration.
• Assists with or prepares parole summaries or presentence investigations.
• Manages mail for assigned offenders and supports transition planning.
• Develops offender transition plans and collaborates with partners for post-release services.
