Qualifications

• OR in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 6 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience with direct client contact
• Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee client relationships and recommend design/administration of trust accounts
• Assist senior staff in revenue-generating activities with documents and meetings
• Manage daily implementation of client strategies
• Serve as primary contact for assigned clients and suggest services to enhance the client experience
• Resolve client problems and respond to requests promptly
• Coordinate with internal/external service partners to address issues
• Develop industry knowledge and articulate it internally and externally
• Stay current on industry news related to the line of business
• Adhere to corporate policies and risk controls
• Provide coaching/mentoring to assigned team members
• Escalate risk issues to management and uphold risk standards
