Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the Relationship Manager with oversight of client relationships and routine activities.
• Assist account representatives in revenue-generating activities and prepare documents for meetings.
• Manage daily implementation of client strategies and client requests; maintain relationships with clients and partners.
• Resolve problems and respond to client requests in a timely manner; escalate risks as needed.
• Promote knowledge of industry trends and adherence to risk and regulatory standards.
