Job summary

Equinix seeks a senior Corporate Strategy professional to translate long-term strategy into a multi-year actionable roadmap. You will partner with the CSO and executive team to drive enterprise-wide planning, capital allocation, and growth initiatives across functions and regions.

In this role you will lead cross-functional strategy initiatives, build financial models, and provide data-driven insights to shape Equinix's strategic direction at a Fortune 500 scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• 7+ years' professional experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or private equity.
• Experience in enterprise-level strategic planning and building complex financial models.
• Proven track-record in framing and leading cross-functional strategy initiatives.
• Strong influencing skills with senior leaders and ability to shape direction without direct authority.
• Ability to draft and present client deliverables and communications strategies.
• Deep analytical, problem-solving, and data-centric decision-making capabilities.
• Self-motivated with ability to drive work through ambiguity in a dynamic environment.
