Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a senior strategy professional to own enterprise-level workstreams. You will frame problems, build the analysis, write the narrative, and present recommendations to the CFO, ELT, and Board.

You will collaborate with Corporate Development, Ventures, and business-unit leaders to test and refine strategic options. We value 5+ years of consulting or equivalent experience, strong quantitative and financial skills, clear writing, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience, including time at a leading strategy firm or equivalent industry background.
• Proven ability to structure unclear problems and reach defensible recommendations.
• Strong quantitative skills and financial fluency with P&Ls and unit economics.
• Clear, concise writing—able to make an argument on a single page.
• Good judgment and comfort working with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in enterprise software or technology is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own workstreams on enterprise-level strategic questions from framing to final recommendation.
• Build analysis including market, competitive, customer, financial analyses and internal/external data synthesis.
• Write and present materials for the CFO, ELT, and Board.
• Collaborate with business units and functional leaders to test recommendations.
