Job summary

Dexian is seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for leadership and key roles across the organization. You will partner with hiring managers, HR partners, and stakeholders to attract, evaluate, and secure top talent while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

The role requires 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, strong sourcing and engagement skills, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3 to 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably corporate or high-growth.
• Proven experience recruiting for professional, corporate, and leadership roles.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management.
• Comfortable working with data, ATS, and recruiting analytics.
• Genuine passion for people, organization culture, and talent development.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, providing insights on talent needs, workforce trends, and recruiting best practices.
• Build partnerships with HR business partners and leaders to align hiring plans with priorities.
• Educate and influence stakeholders on talent market conditions and data-driven recruitment strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruiting processes for a variety of roles, from entry-level to senior leadership, across departments.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality candidates through proactive outreach, referrals, and direct sourcing.
• Ensure a high-touch, candidate-centered experience reflecting the organization’s culture and values.
• Optimize the recruiting process for efficiency, compliance, and consistency in the candidate experience.
• Utilize data and analytics to monitor recruitment metrics, identify inefficiencies, and suggest improvements.
• Share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement within the recruitment team.
• Participate in special projects like new applicant tracking systems, interview training, and other initiatives.
