Reserv is seeking a senior recruiter to own the corporate and operations talent pipeline. The role focuses on outbound sourcing for high-caliber professionals, including ex-consultants, lawyers, and senior client-facing experts, with a strong emphasis on discreet, confidential searches.

You’ll build pipelines from scratch, engage passive candidates, and partner with hiring managers across strategy, legal, finance, and People Operations.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in professional services or corporate roles.
• Proven track record sourcing and closing passive candidates through direct outreach.
• Strong market mapping and competitive intelligence with outbound sourcing.
• Consultative, client-advisory mindset for senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior candidates.
• High discretion on confidential searches; manage multiple searches independently.
• Ability to manage multiple searches, work independently, and meet tight timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Sourcing strategy for corporate and operations roles from scratch.
• Build candidate pipelines via LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, referrals.
• Engage and qualify candidates; move quickly with minimal friction.

• Own the ATS; keep data clean and generate leadership-ready reporting.
• Drive offers from recommendation to acceptance; manage compensation talks.
• Support tech or claims hiring as needed.
