Dexian, a leading Talent + Technology solutions provider with a global presence, seeks a Recruiter to attract and engage qualified talent for a fast-paced environment in Rockville/Betheda, MD. The role covers full-cycle recruitment, coordinating interviews, and advising hiring managers on best practices.

You will drive candidate experience, diversity initiatives, and proactive pipeline development across multiple sourcing channels, with on-site work five days a week.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a corporate recruiting or high-volume requisition environment.
• 1-4 years proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within a talent acquisition or staffing role.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent years of experience.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to prioritize and execute deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Utilize a mix of sourcing strategies to attract and engage qualified talent and proactively build pipelines for critical positions.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings, coordinate interviews, and provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop talent acquisition strategies; provide regular updates and consult on hiring decisions.
• Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate satisfaction.
• Promote employer brand through professional candidate engagement.
• Champion a positive, inclusive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment efforts.
• Promote the employer brand and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
