You will manage multiple requisitions, negotiate offers, and ensure compliant, high-quality candidate experiences in a fast-paced financial services environment.

The bank is seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team and drive end-to-end recruitment across business functions. The ideal candidate will have strong direct sourcing and headhunting skills, experience managing full-cycle recruitment, and the ability to partner with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements and sourcing candidates to interviewing, offer negotiation, and placement.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and other channels.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct candidate assessments and provide market insights to support hiring decisions.
• Manage multiple open positions while ensuring timely delivery and a positive candidate experience.
• Negotiate offers and coordinate compensation discussions with candidates and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with corporate recruitment policies, procedures, and hiring standards.

Required Qualifications
